About the Owner
Brad Powell
Powell Adventures, LLC is a newly founded adventure tripping company founded by Brad Powell. For 15 years Brad served and was employed by the YMCA through various camps such as Camp Cheerio (NC), Camp Mason (NJ) and Camp Fitch (PA). Throughout those 15 years Brad has been able to find the best campsites, communicate with some of the most well-known outfitters, and has been able to lead close to 100 one-week long adventure trips. Through his knowledge of the backcountry of Appalachia and his love to connect others to the outdoors, Powell Adventures was founded to give Brad the freedom to do just that without being bound by other organizational work duties.
